BREATHWORK

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that supports our physical and mental health. Through the targeted use of breath, the nervous system is regulated, thereby releasing physical, psychological and emotional blockages.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) originated in the 1970s and has since been used primarily for emotional healing, spiritual insights, and to enhance mental clarity. CCB is an alternative form of therapy that addresses the limitations of traditional therapies.

In CCB, the breath is controlled to create a rhythmic breathing pattern, avoiding pauses between inhalation and exhalation. This technique allows us to access our subconscious mind and enter a meditative and healing state in which old beliefs, pent-up emotions, and traumas can be processed.

EFFECTS OF CCB

  • Supports the regulation of emotions

  • Supports the release of stored tension

  • Strengthens body awareness

  • Promotes connection with one's own body and the present moment

With the help of CCB and Ayurveda, we learn to feel our bodies, understand their signals, and rediscover trust in our own inner guidance. This makes bodywork therapeutic.

Ayurveda provides structure, grounding, and security. Breathwork fosters awareness, openness, and integration into daily life.

Touch, massage, oiling, and therapeutic stimuli have a regulating effect on the nervous system, release tension in the tissues, and help us connect with our bodies. This is what makes the body receptive.

CCB deepens this process from within. The breath directly influences the autonomic nervous system, supports emotional regulation, and allows access to deeper tensions, patterns, and stored experiences.

Where touch opens the body, breath guides attention inward and enhances self-awareness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You can choose between shorter and longer breathwork sessions.

The 30-minute breathwork session is particularly well-suited as an introduction and is always embedded in a preparatory massage. This creates physical regulation, a sense of security, and a stable foundation on which the breathwork can take place gently and effectively.

The longer breathwork sessions allow for a deeper process. Depending on your goals, they can take place with or without a massage. The specific structure is always tailored to your current state, your concerns, and what your body needs at that moment. Before our appointment, we will consciously set aside time for a discussion to tailor the session to your individual needs and preferences.

If you would like to work on a specific topic or desire ongoing support, please feel free to contact me at any time. Together, we will develop a suitable package that offers you space for growth, integration, and lasting change—and in which I will guide you professionally, attentively, and reliably through your process.
